The Florida Chapter is once again taking orders for our NEW, cotton, jacquard, woven, 54 x 70 inch, tapestry throw blankets. Pure Country Weavers of Lynn, NC is weaving these gorgeous throws. The blankets are a beautiful memento of the CGA cadet experience and promise to be a long-cherished family heirloom!
The central image is Hamilton Hall and the Washington Parade Field. Each corner highlights a different CGA “experience” including the Regimental Review/Color Guard; the USCGC Eagle; 4c Cadets marching behind their 2c Cadre (at Mystic); and the Chase Hall “arches”. In addition, the official Academy seal and an athletic “bear” are included, along with two dark gold military sashes, one emblazoned with the CGA name and the other with the CGA “hallowed words”. The blanket has a ocean blue border with a multicolor threaded fringe.
Neither CGAPA-Florida Chapter, nor Pure Country Weavers, maintains inventory, so orders are done seasonally with payment for shipping required, unless for deliver and pickup over Parent’s Weekend.
