Spring Membership Meeting, 10-May 2008,
****IMPORTANT*****RESPONSE NECESSARY IF YOUR PLANNING TO ATTEND***** Due to security reasons, you must reply to Paul Kauffman if you plan to attend so that he can provide a list of names to security at the USCG Station Cape May. He will need the names of all planned attendees (husband, wife, any guests as applicable). So, even if your not sure but think you may attend, please reply so that your on the list. Otherwise, you will not be able to enter the base! ***REPLY NO LATER THAN APRIL 30, 2008*** Spring Membership Meeting, 10-May 2008 Location: USCG Station Cape May, NJ. Officer's Club -- Ocean View; Social beginning at 11:30am. The AGENDA will include election of officers, planning for the 2012 Cadet Welcome Picnic and for our chapter's support to the Pre R-Day Social. Our plans are to include a tour of the USCG Dependable. Also, consider taking advantage of the opportunity to stay the weekend in Cape May (before the rates go up for the summer)! Summary of positions: The Officer positions are listed below : President (Paul Kauffman, Andrew '09) Vice President (Currently vacant) Secretary (John Constantino, Philip '10) Treasurer (Debroah Taylor-Greenley, Anais '09) Ways & Means (Bill & Jeanine Stark, William '11) No other nominations have been received to date; if you have an interest in any of these positions, please respond to Paul Kauffman immediately. We are especially interested in having parents with cadets in the Class of 2011 become involved in order to keep things going smoothly in the upcoming years. |
