The Captain Paul F. Foye Chapter is the Connecticut Area Chapter of the Coast Guard Academy Parents Organization.  The CGA Parents Organization is "a non-profit organization which exists for the sole purpose of supporting the US Coast Guard Academy and its Corps of Cadets.”  Chapter members are all parents of current cadets and are interested in doing what we can to help cadets  during their stay at the academy.

Our chapter focus is morale activities.  All of the money from our fund raisers go to special events designed to help keep up the spirits of the cadets.  Academy life can be very strenuous at times (military training, academics, sports, duties, etc.) and anything we can do to let our cadets know that we are all pulling for them is our top priority.

We support activities benefiting the entire Corps of Cadets which are Corps-driven through the Morale Company.
