Membership to the Captain Paul F. Foye Chapter primarily consists of Connecticut area families but is open to any interested Coast Guard family.  We encourage you to visit the National Parents Association web site for a listing of associations in your area.

Chapter member's four year combined dues provides gifts for each member's graduating Firstie. The graduation gifts consists of a handsome travel alarm clock engraved with the Cadet's name, class year and a note of congratulations along with cash to assist them in traveling to their first billet assignment.
